KemizO Entertainment Centre

Its old and very dirty inside. It was hot and had quite an unpleasant sweaty smell. We came for a xmas party. Its really become a bit of a dive . It used to be a great place to bring the kids . I paid $5 for an Iced coffee that turned out to be a very unpleasant coffee flavoured milkshake that made me feel quite ill. The kids gave it a thumbs down also and my son felt ill and wanted to leave early.

Dirty and uncared for. Most of the games machines ate your money. Staff couldn't really care less and the place was understaffed. It'd be a good place to come if they just kept up the maintenance. I'm currently watching two kids swordfight with broken pieces of the playground safety wrappings. Pretty disappointed.

Had a birthday party here recently and it was very disappointing the staff were never there for help I would continually have to run around to find them. They didn’t even do the cake I was left to put the candles on and was given a lighter to light the candles and cut the cake. The food was not anything like I thought it would be we asked for pizza and chips the chips where like two little plates for 8 kids and the pizzas looked like home brand frozen pizzas. I would never have a party her again I would rather spend my money somewhere it will be treated as a party and the food is up to scratch.

Terrible service. No smiles and this is a kids place. Older blonde lady (must be the manager) was rude and dismissive. They need to learn some customer service. Only going because of birthday paties. When another skating place opens this place will close down. The kemizo in ravenhall is so much cleaner and brighter, and the staff there atleast try to smile at kids giving a 1 star so i can comment otherwise zero stars.

Really run down and neglected. And its over priced.Very dirty and dusty,a lot of stuff broken. Staff were pretty rude.I was watching a staff member wipe mess from the floor then with the same cloth, not even rinsing it!! continued to wipe the tables. Its really cold inside especially with the staff opening the roller door and smoking right there when its 8 degrees outside. No pleasant music to create atmosphere.The lights are partially turned off so it looks and feels dull. Gone are the days when it was jam packed and all buzzing.KIDS SPACE in Epping takes the first price for dirtiness and KEMIZO the second.

Decrepit and dirty..Hired roller skates and they were falling apart. I swapped them at the counter and the next pair was the same. Decided not to tempt fate any further!The was several used bandaids discarded around the centre and it looks like it only gets annual cleanings.Staff were friendly enough but otherwise disinterested.Hot food was slow but actually quite nice.Overall I'd say it's worth your time finding somewhere else to go.

The laser tag and roller-skating is nice. I wouldn't recommend the food though. I would recommend coming with friends to play laser tag and roller skate if you're around 13 years old or coming with family for younger children. I have plenty of great memories with friends here

Unfortunately the food and service here is nothing to smile about. We waited about half an hour for our food, and the place was not at all busy. and finally when the food came out the chips were lukewarn and soggy and the nachos had no sour cream and no guacamole. When I asked about the sour cream and the guacamole they said there was no more sour cream left and only one tiny tub of guacamole was given eventually because thats all they had left but it was old and turning black. The foccacia that we also ordered was rock hard. I will give them credit for giving us another container of chips and acknowledging that the foccacia was not edible but unfortunately the chips were quite salty the second time round and I was offered a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich instead. The excuse was that there was something wrong with the bread but it doesn't take an Einstein to figure out that the bread was plain stale and probably sitting in their pantry for days. The only redeeming factor is that it is a great gaming venue for children and young teenagers because it offers variety. More supervision is required in the laser tag area as my daughter and her friend ecountered a bully who was really hostile towards them because he wasnt winning. The air conditioning unfortunately was not powerful enough as it was a very hot day and we were feeling quite warm. Its unfortunate that management leaves alot to be desired. I believe this place is run by too many youngsters.

We came back after a very bad experience 6 months ago. It was extremely run down amongst other things. I am impressed by the changes and improvements being made. I think it has a potential to be revived to its old glory. I'd visit again.

If your expecting to pay and have someone host your party your looking at the wrong place. Occasionally you might get a visit from one of the staff members, but more often than not you will find yourself looking for one of the MANY staff members who are hiding in the back somewhere. The center itself is great and has potential for a great kids party venue but the staff need a lesson in customer service if this place is to succeed.
