So rude!!! I will never go back to this florist ! Her mannerism is disgusting. I’ve never met someone so abrupt to her customers. Totally do not recommend this place!

Have been dealing with Frannie of the Clevelend Florist shop for many years. NEVER been disappointed! Her flower arrangements for us were often used to enhance our table at a restaurant celebrating some occasion, where they were admired by many others. Highly recommend their services.

This is the first review I have ever given that is not positive. Extremely abrupt. Quite off putting. Such a shame, as floral skills are great! I would like to suggest that ‘people skills and manners are important in such a role.

Really disappointed in the quality of flowers from this florist. As soon as they were taken out of the packaging, the flowers shed all of their leaves, and they then died the next day. Customer service was obviously not a priority, and products were extremely over-priced. The people running this store need to remember that flowers are bought as an experience or for comfort, and should do their best to ensure a quality product. Won’t be returning.

Went to Frannies Flower Shop today to purchase some flowers. Arrived at 8:50am, no one in sight and limited bunches of flowers the place didn't appear to be open despite opening times advertised on Google as being open at 8:30am

Extremely poor service on Mother's Day this morning. First the lady rudely told her junior to stop serving me and take money from someone paying. Than she told me it's not worth her time to do arrangement as she was busy. Fair enough it I was buying last minute so I proceeded to pick from what's was already there thinking I can put them together. When finalising payment she abruptly told me to just let her do what she wanted to do with the flowers I was buying!!! My husband spends hundreds of $ here but we will never return again. Thanks for ruining a mother's morning on Mother's Day.

Placed an order today being Sunday there was no delivery, but since I live in the area she offered to drop them off on her way home.. that's wonderful! We've always got our flowers from Fran and the arrangements are always so fresh and stunning.. very creative and beautiful!

Today my wife had an appointment to have her hair done, it has been a while and she was looking forward to it. I thought it would be nice to send her some flowers whilst there to make the day a little more special. Cleveland Florist is the closest to her hairdressers. I saw the reviews and was a little concerned but decided to give it a go. I called early the lady was out delivering and she promised to call back in 40mins. She called back at the promised time, was very helpful with advice and the flowers were delivered on time. The quality is excellent, my wife was very pleasantly surprised, all the hair dressers were impressed (and a little jealous). I am so happy with the service given and will use this Florist again.

My flowers from Frannie have been stunning. She used the freshest flowers and the arrangements were beautiful. The funeral flowers for my soulmate Tony took my breath away! Thank you my dear friend for your love and care during this sensitive time. I have no hesitation in recommending Frannie to anyone seeking something special.
