They never solve your problem, just for the small issue you have to call them 4-5 weeks non stop and 150 times at least, they just transfer you from one department to another, and last they say sorry and hang up. they promise you, make you believe however they never do what they promised. Very bad service, regretful purchase from this company.

Poor service. Waiting on stock to arrive for my delivery, that was paid for at time of order. Apparently the stock has arrived but they can't find my order. It was supposed to be delivered to me before Christmas (order placed in store on the 15th Dec) 30th Dec and I've had to follow it up. This is the second consecutive order issue I've had with this company in a matter of less than 2mths. I was told to order through Ahmed (the manager of the Hobart store) to make sure no more mistakes and low and behold, he has stuffed this one up all by himself! Such a disappointment...again!
