Didn't stock much of the things those places usually do, I couldn't get anything I wanted, staff were a bit reluctant to serve customers, seemed more interested in talking to each other. Waste of my time I won't be back,I'd rather go to supercheap more helpful

The young guy with moppy big hair had no interest in asking if I needed help, when I asked if he could help, he had no idea what i was talking about... He was also standing near me at the time and just couldn't be bothered...He had terrible customer service skills..

This repco store is HOPELESS! They no nothing about cars let alone car batteries. Avoid this store if you want customer service, go to Autobarn instead. This store used to be good, now they are just a supermarket. Don’t ask Christopher the staff member there for advise, he knows nothing and is completely rude! Get another job, you make Repco look bad. No customer service what so ever! Will never go back to this store.

Went here to get the oil for my car that im am going to service over the holidays. Staff were kind enough to go above and beyond allowing the use of facilities for me and my kids. Kudos to the staff.

Pretty good store. Didn't have everything I wanted, but I wouldn't expect that. Neat, tidy and clean. First time in this store, I'd go back again

John and Sarah were very efficient and friendly. My car was ready on time and they were up front about the cost, which was very reasonable. A great job.
