12.06.2023. Around 12:30pm near Bunnings Sunbury on a Vineyard Rd. White Mazda 3 or similar RACV labelled was overtaking me and nearly hit me with a mirror when I was riding a bike. My speed was about 35 km/h and it is real luck I was able to move off at the last moment l as otherwise the next car would kill me.RACV are meant to provide road assistance but instead at least one of their employees is dangerous to the society.I don't know how you hire people but VIC roads website includes the rule that drivers must maintain minimum 1000 mm from cyclist at a speed under 60 km/h and 1500 mm when faster.I do know they won't care and maximum give a pay rise to this driver" but want to let people aware and careful when RACV cars are on the road."
