We had an urgent need for a rego check and service during to the Christmas holidays and John the owner could not be more helpful. The car had a couple of minor problems which John and his team fixed on the spot for a very reasonable price.Thanks you John

It was my first time there and i am very much disappointed with service. they didn't gave my car on time and plus what's more disgusting is that when i gave my car fuel tank was half and when i got my car tank was completely empty. IT HARDLY REACHED TO FUEL STATION. car has travelled more than 150 kilometres. i don't know where did they took my car to but i am very disappointed with the service and this issue.I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE TO GIVE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE THERE.

John seems to be selective in helping his customers. Didn't even look at the issue and quoted me $800 to fix the issue. I drove over 35 mins to get there and left there without anyone helping. Won't recommend

Rude response, they are not taking appointments only walk in and waited there for 1 hour and still got rude response

The moment I walked in there, I realized this is where my car can and will get fixed, after shuffling through and being said no to by so many places in Canberra for a dent and paint job on the front bumper and side panel of my Audi.I spent a day reaching out to a good number of google recommended places, including all the big labels resulting in nothing but panic. A few places had said that they only do insurance work, and not with private. An authorized repairer operating in Canberra, after taking a million photos of a small section of the car, sent me a quote for $7698 that, considering the job, put me in a state of shock.Went to Yassroad Tyres after a friend had recommended this place. John took a look at it, asked me to leave the car with him. Few days later, got it back: as good as new. I was charged only $700.John is a legend, and a true mechanic. He is a rare find if you are based in or around Canberra.

The Asian gentleman who does the rego inspections is a decent guy who applies common sense & is not power hungry like some inspectors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Took a tyre in to get a puncture repair but they don't do patches only the the push in rope.

Don't him trust completely. Paid $780 for lower control arm replacement on my rav4. Part retails for $150-$180 each he charged me $280 each and $250 labour on top. Wont give receipt showing parts cost. Not going back again

Have nothing but great things to say about this place. Was able to bring my car in for a last minute pink slip on a Sunday. Needed a few things done which they said they could fix that same day. Was done within a few hours and was only charged $300 all up. Will be back again.

John is very experienced, professional and friendly mechanic. He tries his best to help customers. I always take two of my cars and he looks after. He is not like other mechanics around who rip you off.
