Swimz Guildford

This swimming school is a gem. Our daughter loves every minute here and after each session is asking for the next class. She has made an excellent progress in her swimming technique too. Thank you Swimz Guildford for everything! We will miss you greatly as we are moving out of the area.

Always been helpful and understanding for my family and always been there for each situation .. if you need any help there customer service will do the best for you especially Rebecca who is always there with her smile and help me to organise my kids lessons plus Anu always helping … thank you

I am extremely disappointed in this swim centre. I have tried reaching out to the owner/manager multiple times. The last email I sent was 9 days ago, I have called twice for a response and also asked to be called back and still nothing.My children have been unwell and medically advised to put swimming lessons on hold for winter and the owner is not willing to do so.In total, we have 10 lessons which is over $200 worth and the response from the owner was that she is still recovering from the pandemic. This business seems to have money as a priority rather than the well being of their students. I would not recommend this swim centre.

Trust me...my daughter actually had the best time at Swimz and picked up everything much more quickerAmazing teachers. My daughter going to this swim school here last 3 years. All staff excellent and very helpful .

Our instructor was lovely and patient. Having been to 3 other swim school before (CBSS, SOP, ARE) and although I have accepted their terms at enrolments, I would say their policy and fairness is the most questionable…Response to Swimz:I paid for 14 weeks upfront. 12 weeks and 2 weeks bond. Not sure why your policy requires a bond if its upfront payment for the lessons. I provided notice on the week 12 that I would not renew for next term, so the spot could be opened up for someone else, and in doing so lost my bond, as you require notice in week 10. This policy still doesn’t make sense. Other centres just required 2 or 4 weeks notice without a bond or the required week to give notice. Although I have agreed to the terms at enrolment, your policy is very questionable and still feels unfair.

What a great swimming lesson facility! Purpose built for children to keep them safe. The water is always warm and you don’t need to worry about members of the public swimming in the same pool, so your children are always kept safe.The staff are friendly and professionals, who do a fantastic job a teaching children water safety and confidence for life!

My son absolutely loves coming here for his swimming lessons, teachers are amazing and extremely patient! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enrol their kids in swimming lessons !

great swim school and my daughter feels very comfortable with the instructors. water is warm too so thats an added bonus! they work with the child and progress them when they are ready. kids also get a sticker after class which my daughter enjoys

Such an awesome, intimate facility which is kept clean and tidy. The staff and Instructors are extremely welcoming and it is very prominent that the children’s well-being and safety is of the upmost important. It is lovely to see the children having fun whilst also improving their swimming ability.The facility and the surrounding community are like a family and it is a pleasure to say that I work here.
