Came into TJM to make an inquiry about repairing my roof racks. They immediately looked at the issue, and repaired it on the spot - free of charge. This was my second time coming to TJM, and it certainly won't be my last! All the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable and willing to help however they can.

Went looking for a part and no one hadit. I was discouraged but stopped in on a capricious decision as I was passing by the store on Corrimal St. A young lad" named Kevin helped me and I was sure he would simply tell me to go somewhere else. He would not give up and started looking through boxes and down in the corner of the parts multiverse he suddenly conjurs the small locking arm for the canopy locks. I am astounded. "See if this fits the shaft"

TJM fitted a bulbar to my van, on picking up I noticed that one of the lights was not working so crawled under the van to fix myself, it was wired incorrectly. On inspection I could see that the van had been jacked up on the subframe, crushing and tearing the steel. On returning to TJM to show them, I was told that it must have been there before and it’s not their fault. I am converting this van to a camper and spend most weekends working on or under the vehicle, I know every inch of it, the damage was not there before handing over to TJM.

Fantastic customer service. I emailed 4 auto parts stores for a particular roof rack part. I got a reply within an hour from TJM Wollongong, including options and prices. 2 others didn't bother replying at all and the 4th came back to me 5 days later with no details, no price and a generic response to just go in to store.

Had these guys install a second hand tray to my Nissan Navara.The tray was second hand off a Dmax.The customer service was 100%, was not a standard bolt on, they rang me about this that.I'm very happy with the result and quality of work.Give them ago you will not be disappointed.Harry
