I also highly recommend Sandra and Wendy at Adelaide Hills Conveyancing. Due to the crazy real estate market over 2021 I put offers in, or bid at auction, for more than just one or two properties, and in each case Sandra and Wendy cheerfully reviewed the Form1 papers for any anomalies and alerted me where appropriate without charging a fee for this (even though I offered). Once I was finally successful in bidding for a property they handled the transaction seamlessly and for the fixed price originally quoted. Overall I was very impressed and thankful for the thorough and helpful service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Just to clarify something i found confusing in other reviews, i think they have taken over some other businesses over the years, so you may see them mentioned as 'incorporating Bridgewater Conveyancing', and 'Statewide Conveyancing' (that one has 'under new management' from 2017), but as far as i know it's all Sandra and Wendy at Adelaide Hills Conveyancing in Sterling.

I don't like sharing negative reviews, but if I could give this business zero stars it would seem more appropriate. This company were meant to be undertaking an extension to an easement, and for more than 6 months there has been no progress on this task, holding up our works. In spite of dozens of attempts to contact the conveyancer, they have failed to respond to any. After our surveyor finally reached her, he was told they would get right on it, however still no progress has been made and no communication updating us in spite of multiple attempts. Do not hold up your build, go with someone who actually returns your calls and does the work (or has the professionalism and basic respect to tell you that they can't).

Both Sandra and Emma were professional and efficient. They handled every detail efficiently, advising where changes needed to be made, and finalised the settlement on time.

My husband and I worked with Sandra and Wendy to purchase our first home. They went above and beyond to make sure the sale and settlement went smoothly, responding to our questions quickly and in language we could understand. I would highly recommend for anyone purchasing a property! Thanks team
