Lollipop's Playland & Cafe

Great place for kids to play. Carpets are disgraceful. If they have just been cleared then it's time to replace them. $13 for 1 child who was only 4yrs old was I thought a bit steep. I really hope the equipment is cleaned at the end of the day especially in the under 12month section.

Love this centre. Has a great area for little ones under 12 months and a bigger area for bigger kids. Gluten free options and party rooms. Love the build a bear area. Will have my 1yr olds birthday there. There is a boat ride toward the back wall however I never saw it working. Only lost one start because i thought it would be slightly cleaner. The customer service was good too.

Have been here several times for casual play and birthday parties. Great big play area, seating area is spread out enough so that you don't feel like your dodging kids to get to your chair/table. Each birthday has been well planned, well presented and most importantly for the parents...relaxing

Went to a Birthday party today. Staff were very friendly and attentive and this is the only reason I'm giving 3 starts... But the place is so packed I would reconsider how safe it really is, especially for the very young ones.The toddler area that is supposed to be for up to 3 years old was full of kids that were everything but the specified ages. There were 3 toddlers that were playing around while other kids ran and jumped next to them with no care (I mean kids that were well over 8). Parents were there but didn't really care. Please, put something in place so the younger ones can play safely amongst all that chaos... Signage is not enough. Thanks

Great fun for kids, and maybe adults too with the pirates ship! I held a birthday party for my 3 yo, a lovely host and all the kids had fun! We caught covid during the original date of the party but Lollipop had awesome response to help us rearrange it. Food quality is not bad.

Generally love this place.Yet the other afternoon we went along so a few toddlers could play together and there was a young girl constantly coughing, and putting her fingers up nose and rubbing on objects.The sign at the front clearly states no sick children, could the staff not follow through and commit to this and not allow or tell sick children to leave please.My boy is now really sick and I'm sure others are now too.I know things have loosened up alot now since covid has become the norm yet some common decency to others would be appreciated.

My boys love this play center, especially the pirate ship ride! It has a build a bear workshop that you can use. The playground is inclusive for all ages.

Everything was good about this place. Awesome playland and a cool pirate ship for the pirate lovers. The owner saw that my nephew was nervous and spoke to him. She said there is 0 tolerance for bullying, and everyone has to be nice. Safety wrist bands to ensure your kids can't go off with someone else. Also a must do build a bear, the kids loved it.

Great playcentre with lots to do! Went there with my toddler (almost 2) and she had a blast. Her favourite thing was definitely the pirate ship. The staff is so welcoming as well. We had lunch there and the pizza was soo good! I didn't expect it to be that good as playcentre is not usually amazing but that pizza was delicious!

The staff are lovely and friendly but the venue needs some real attention. We went at 9am and the playground was dirty, high chair also grubby. Some of the equipment is being held together with tape. There was a sign that said the carpets had recently been professionally cleaned but they still looked filthy. Much prefer Bayswater with the lino floor. Overall kids enjoyed it but I wouldn't take them back
