A team from Jade air came to complete an installation of 2 large units on the roof and were finished within the time constraints. Organized, prepared and efficient. Afterwards the worksite was clean and no trace of work that was carried out. Thank you.

No after installation support. No communication. Had a leak and wanted it checked. Organised 4 times to have a look. Did not turn up and did not communicate. Attitude was defensive from the very beginning. Did not return calls. Will never get these guys again. We were forced to get someone else to fix. Problem was split drain hose. Took them 20 minutes.
