Well signposted. Visited Statesman Homes display homes and the staff member was reasonably helpful but I thought could have been better. Also visited Rivergum Homes display home and the staff member was extremely helpful and not at all pushy.

Houses way to close to each other. Some had no front yards. The entrance was lovely. No grocery complex built yet.

Best display village in SA and super helpful sales staff. Definitely check it out. I think this will be the best address in Mt Barker it's been planned to include shops and a mountain bike trail plus has its own golf course.

Stellar sales staff, great display village. Love watching this new suburb come to life - shops, fitness trails etc plus perfectly positioned for the golf club, sports hub and freeway interchange.

Love this place thanks Karen for your help. Lanser have got the best spot in Mount Barker - close to the new freeway interchange, golf club, and new regional sports centre. Cant wait to move in.
