My Pugeot was towed here with a potential fault after a long interstate drive. Baker Motors was fantastic in dealing with the issues effectively, providing efficient servicing, and getting me back on the road in great time. They even washed the car for me! Gave me a clear run down of work completed and areas for future attention. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Pleasant and responsive staff, reasonable prices, great service.

Purchased a secondhand Mazda 3 just last week.The salesman Stuart was amazing,car was as described and in perfect condition interior wise, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car and added a full tank of fuel as well. Great service mate.

Absolute terrible service received from Baker Motors Albury. Waited about 6 weeks for first service to fix air con and do headlight cover treatment and service. After waiting 9 hours for car was advised the air con specialist had an emergency and couldn’t come. And they couldn’t fix the headlight covers as the weather was too wet and needed to dry. They didn’t have spark plugs so we got a half service. Not to mention the front seat had a handful of spare parts sitting on it … who knows where they came from. Booked in again for 10 days later to do the air con and headlights and fix a display issue they missed the first time. They needed the car for at least 2 days …. Had it for 3 days and on going to pick up …. Apparently the air con specialist had an emergency for each of the 3 days it was in service and still not fixed. Headlights great. Said they fixed the display issue and got into the car to find no display and the radio crackling like crazy. One guy said they pulled the top off and fixed it …. Other guy said it wasn’t touched. Just fiddled underneath to see if there was a loose wire. Super disgusted by now we insisted that they fix the display or at least the radio and half an hour later it was fixed. This company shows the lack of pride in their work and service. We will never take a car there again. Would rather travel to Melbourne. Anne Youngsmith

I won’t go there ever again this didn’t fix my car and just for diagnostic asking about 450, however I tried to do the same thing in Melbourne was for free so what is special about this and I had to fix my car somewhere else I been with them for while and the staff doesn’t want take responsibility to their action, even if you right, about, what do you miss treated by the stuff?

I feel rather duped by this company. I requested a service and to have a window repaired. A large quote was provided for a vehicle service, and I asked that the large cost will include fixing the window, which was not disputed or clarified by the staff. When I picked up the car I found out that the window had not been fixed, contrary to my requests at reception and on the phone. I was told by reception staff that the huge cost included a diagnosis of the window problem, not actually fixing it. (Silly me). This company is very expensive and does not communicate to assist the customer.
