I have nothing but praise for Ian and the team at Kelwin Coastal Carpets! Everyone I dealt with was professional and made the process of replacing the carpet in our property easy. They were responsive and did a great job. Very happy with the outcome!

I will try to remain constructive and not let anger get in the way.Our experience was for new carpets and hybrid flooring in the main living areas. The carpet job was flawless, the sales staff Gus very experienced , polite, and knowledgeable. The carpet installer the same very helpful skillful so my wife and i were looking forward to stage two of the hybrid flooring.Same sales staff same experience, Gus certainly knows his stuff and did a thorough assessment prior to install.Install day .... what a nightmare two guys one with a claimed 30 years experience under his belt. From the getgo everything was a problem for them which continued for two days. Strange that all the problems highlighted weren't a problem prior to install and deposits getting paid. Long story short a brand new kitchen needed to be dismantled again.. by myself and my wife whilst cabinet makers talked us through it over the phone how to do it. Meanwhile the installers twiddled their thumbs.last day of install they announced all done but.... my cavity door sliders no longer close...all now my problem apparently. The fact they worked prior to the install was irrelevant apparently also and it was now all my problem as they abandoned ship. Complete disownership from them. I eventually needed to call back the cabinet makers to rebuild my new kitchen for a second time. Also required a builder to come and sort my now non working cavitiy sliders. It turned out one no longer closed because the moron installer had nail gunned the door open via the skirting board. No apologies were forthcoming from Kelwin Coastal. In fairness upon complaint a small adjustment was made to the outstanding balance but it still in no way covered my expenses post installation. The appalling experience or the installers completely ruined our excitement for the works carried out and has left a sour taste in our mouth. There clearly is a huge disconnect between the showroom and the installers where the world free of all problems is promised at the time of signing up but the reality unfortunately for us was very different. Gus was courteous and tried to help through the dramas of the hybrid install where the idiot installers just stood around waiting for it it be served on a silver platter to them. 30 years experience with 30 minute knowledge it was seam. The showroom will rapidly lose a good reputation if htey continue to subcontract to installers who couldn't care less.

The staff at Kelwin Coastal Carpets are awesome. We have used them several times and always shown amazing ability to complete the work with very high quality and timeliness. Great value for money and staff that go above and beyond to help. Well done team!

We were getting tow installations done. We had nothing but issues with the communication between head office and their installers. This meant we had an exposed staircase with nails sticking out for a couple of days due to communications breakdowns with their team leaving me with a dangerous staircase for me and my young family.When the vinyl was being installed they came to check out the floor quality and confirmed they would call me if there was an issue. I never got a call but on the morning of installation, I was called and told I would need to pay an additional almost $900 to prepare the floor. When I called them on it later, their was no ownership that they should have called me when they visited the site to say they had concerns.I was very disappointed with their service level and would not recommend them or use them again.

I am very happy with my new carpet and with the service I received from Kelwin Carpets.Our salesman Todd was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. In fact it was his excellent customer service that steered me from a competitor (with a comparable quote) towards Kelwin. Our installer Rhys was a lovely young man who did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. On a final note, and my husband is making me say this, 'there are no underlaying issues'. Sorry about that!

Russ was extremely helpful to organise the job and made the process very easy. And Brendan did an amazing job on the flooring install out of hours - he was efficient, polite, on time, professional and trustworthy. We shopped around but found these guys the best.-Best price-Quality product and staff (Ian) was very knowledgeable and helpful without the pressure sales.-Quick supply/install and easy to deal with-Install guys did a great jobI thought new carpet would be a painful experience but these guys made it so easy, highly recommended.

From start to finish I found the staff at Kelwin Carpets a professional outfit to work with. Gus, was my first point of meeting when he came to the house with loads of carpet samples for me to look at. Gus was friendly and helpful, plus knowledgeable about the products. I chose what I wanted quite quickly. Kelwin made the first appointment they had available for me. When my plans changed and I wanted the carpet installed sooner they put me on a cancellation call list and I was lucky to get in a week sooner than originally booked. The carpet was installed beautifully. All old carpet and underlay was taken away and the house was left neat and clean.
