Ordered a Bacon and chicken wrap the last time I was there. Waited around 20 minutes for it (too long of a wait while in the drive through, for what is a fast food place), but that wasn't the issue. The issue was that the Bacon simply wasn't cooked. It has no colour to it at all, the fat wasn't rendered, and it was just inedible. Not to mention there was brown Lettuce on the wrap.... horrible overall. So we took it back, and they wouldn't give us a refund. Quite a bad experience overall, wouldn't go back here.(One plus side is they have nice gravy)

Sorry to say our experience was not as good as some of the other reviewers. We got served by a nice man. There was no problem with how our food was brought out to us ( everything was there ) the 3 piece combo was a little bit dry, bake dinner was good , popcorn chicken was nice but some bits were crunchy. The garlic bread was tough on the bottom and was hard to pull apart. There was a lady behind to counter with long auburn hair yelling at her work employees and was not pleasant to sit and here while trying to eat. Please walk out and go somewhere else if u see her in there and wanting to dine in.

wow, I don't know if the staff was having a bad day, but worst customer experience ever, not rude but hatred, no greeting, nothing but a dead glare. Wont be back

One star because 0 wasn’t an option. Chips were the soggiest I have ever seen tasted like they were cooked yesterday. More disgusting was when we parked to eat our lunch the staff member diverse to stand near our car and smoke. Food went into the garbage as it was inedible. Only good thing to comment on was the younger staff at drive through was very polite when doing order.Won’t be back to this store.

Great place for a quick bit to eat, was in a hurry and found one very handy, great parking and the store was very clean and staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Henny Pennys if you have the hunger bug like i did and are keen to get a quick and healthy food option that won't brake the bank and get you fuelled ready for your next job, a tradies go to.

The young bloke at the drive thru window gave the best customer service I have received on years. He was patiant and helped explain what was in the meals and when he handed out the meals insured we knew where the gravy was so it didn't spill.
