Thanks to Scott for all his help in planning our around the world trip. Our trip is not until March 2024, but it is nice to feel that all the flight details are already taken care of. Scott Graham from Airfare Geeks was introduced to me via a friend who had planned an amazing trip so I felt comfortable with him from day 1 and he did not disappoint. I first booked a trip after eons of discussions (Scott is very patient) and I will be off to a beautiful holiday in Canada and Europe shortly in May. Everything I wanted, Scott could accommodate or propose alternate arrangements. That was a few months ago. A few weeks ago, I needed to do an urgent trip to Canada for a family emergency. Within a 24 hour turn around, Scott had found a way to get me back to Canada - return, comfortably and with no fuss. Scott is professional, quick, offers options and I have already referred him to many friends and colleagues. Besides his personal and professional services, Airfare Geeks’ prices are way below what you can get directly for business class tickets - not sure how they do it but having now done one trip (and one to come next week) I can assure you that only the price is lower, all standards are totally the standards of business class and more. I will continue using Scott’s professional services as long as I can. He takes away the stress of planning and booking and checking …. and I get good savings - I now can just enjoy my holiday. He was really patient with us as we worked out details for our around-the-world trip and used his thoughtful and detailed experience to help us get a good deal and practical times for flights. He then went above and beyond to help us with other parts of our trip that weren't even part of the flight itself. He knows his stuff and is just a pleasure to deal with. Truly great service.

I was a bit sceptical about using a travel agent I hadn’t heard of but the reviews on here helped so I’ll add my own too!I haven’t had good experiences with travel agents in the past and prefer to plan my own trips, but round the world trips with a few stops are a lot more expensive to book without an agent and I also wanted to do some economy and some flights business which can’t be done online.I reached out to Flight Centre and Scott from Airfare geeks expecting similar results. I had several emails from Flight Centre to first go to South America then Europe and they had stops in Sydney, Auckland, Vancouver, Chile and another stopover in Colombia before arriving at the first place we wanted to fly to! In the end it was $7k with the worst airlines to make it affordable. I then spoke to Scott who was able to do the same flights with Qantas, Lufthansa and Singapore very directly for $4k including internal flights! We were expecting $7k by then and bumped the way back up to business!I am very exact about what I like and it usually takes weeks to get the trip I want correct, but after one short conversation with Scott at the end of a work day and his email quote was perfect after working through some options with me on the phone. I had one more call to do the changes to business, but all communication was well structured, clear with detail and open to what I wanted.I’m very glad to have finally found a decent travel agent!I should comment that booking the same trip online myself was $18k at its best price and you’re not doing yourself a favour if you don’t ask for a quote from Airfare Geeks before going overseas with at least one stopover.

I've been wary of travel agents in the past as they often aren't that helpful. Glad I tried Airfare Geeks. They are true to their name. They really know their stuff. Scott was great at meeting our travel requirements. Very responsive and creative in coming up with solutions.

Scott Graham booked my return flights to Europe via USA for the second time in a few months after I had to cancel my original booking. His prompt and friendly service has been outstanding. I'd never used a travel agent previously, booking my flights online but Scott managed to arrange a flight schedule that I could not have done on any of the online booking engines. All that and at prices (business class with a combination of airlines) that was way cheaper than the best fares I could find on the several search engines I referred to.
