Very new modern store in Drouin, across the road from a shopping centre and right next to a park with a Skate Park adjacent to the building. Great if you're travelling with kids who want to let off some steam. Nice outdoor dining area as well, that looks out onto the Park and Skate Park. Restaurant is spotless inside and looks brand new. Toilets were clean and everything works as it should. Friendly staff, we got service with a smile and my coffee was ready within minutes, even though it was quite busy.

Probably one of the nicer Macca's. Lots of self-serve kiosks. Clean restaurant and facilities. Fast service. Standard menu.

Staff obviously avoid the front counter like most Maccas lately. Food was very quick and order was correct.Playground is 5/10 for kids.There was a few unsavoury characters loitering around, swearing at each other and threatening to kill each other…. It seems pretty common here but I dare say it’s just normal Drouin culture. Maybe because it’s basically situated next to a lovely park where there’s adults drinking wine casks all times of the day, it didn’t surprise me.

I went to Drouin MacDonalds today and was very disappointed. We couldn’t find a clean table, so I asked for a cloth and was given one to wipe my table. The tub chairs we sat on are old and the vinyl was peeling off. The floor was dirty and we had to notify staff of a large black beetle on the floor. The toilets were dirty and the floors were wet with toilet paper stuck to the floor. I was asked to pass paper to the lady in the next cubicle because she had no paper. Overall the place is tired and dirty, which makes you wonder what condition the kitchen is in.

We have been in the area for 6 years, and over the 6 years, I have had some amazing experiences and some downright terrible experiences. I don't blame the staff, but the management for not training the staff, but for the last 12 months, they have really picked up their game right across the board and have been amazing.

Worst McDoanlds they can never get the orders right. They only care about getting the cars out of the drive thru. Can not even get a full box chips.

Staff have appalling customer service, you can hear in their voice from the speaker box right through to windows they hate their jobs. Don't like customer service, don't do it. Coffee over the last month has gone down hill. Paying for hot milk, you open the lid and there's almost no coffee, add syrup that you want, doesn't exist, but they're more than happy to charge you for it and take your money. Can't toast anything... Food well, let's not even go there. Nothing fast about their food at all. But the number 1 issue is the customer service. Absolutely astounds me how they're even given jobs. McDonald's definitely needs to pick up their act.
