Booking tickets with them is fine but they do not have any control when You have to make changes.They also make mistakes in Entering information in ticket creates lots is problems for traveller.I would not recommend this agency if you want to travel hassle free.I have long story to tell but I think other people have explained enough.I have followed up for 6 months for these guys almost everyday for my booking which was confirmed in April and got the tickets in November with different destinations which we have decided to got around our hassle.I would not give single star.

Hi everyone …..When you need to book with them they are fine but drama starts when something went wrong……I booked three tickets last year to travel in jan/22….. with Thai airways… but some how due to COVID-19 restrictions dates we booked for, flights got canceled, any how as per there sugessions I booked same airline for different dates but bad luck Thai airways canceled them too.Now it’s sep/22 I am still waiting for my refund. Despite of several efforts to contact them to get some reasonable answers, but no luck…. They keep telling me that Thai haven’t started refunds yet.But on the same hand when I contacted with Thai airways they said it’s already authorised my ticket refund in March/22.I am not sure whose right Or wrong here……. But I am still waiting for my $5000/ to be refunded.

The experience at the time of booking was great and they help quite well in terms of giving few options as per the need. I appreciate that. Would give 4 stars for that but overall it comes down to 2 as I explain further.I am really frustrated with the service when it comes to cancellations and refunds, as stated earlier by someone , terms and conditions are quite cheeky and they don’t give the correct information when requested. In case of cancellations there few charges which aren’t stated correctly in first place. Just for getting a invoice of the payment they are taking weeks. I understand few airlines are quite reluctant to get the refunds and its taking time, but individuals who have booked directly are getting the refunds processed , but the ones done via the agents are stuck for months, especially in my own case I am stuck since last 6 months. I am not sure how are the travel agents like Sekap travels following up the airlines for the refunds and when will I get my money back.

I have been using Sekap travel for quite a number of our trips.I am very happy with their service which is professional, prompt and courteous. Sekap travels is our favorite travel agency. They have Outstanding customer services at reasonable prices. Thank you for easy booking with flights and hotels. Great deals, and honest services. They even call us when they specials. Highly recommended to everyone for smooth service and great deals.

It has been more than one year since our ticket was cancelled due to covid restrictions and i am trying to get the refund for it. This agency is blaming the airlines but according to the airline the refund must have been provided if it has been requested by the agent. The worst thing is they dont even follow up with them. And airlines can not help you since it is booked by agent. Can someone who really cares about this business contact me here. As i am not receiving any sort of support and the last option i am left with is the ACCC. Please respond to the email we have sent.

Do not recommend these travel agent. Their T&C is cheeky and we had nightmare with refund. The T&C says 4-6 weeks and they haven't given our refund though it's been more than 5 months
