Called and booked an appointment. Took a day off work and then called them at 3pm to see where they were and they fumbled an apology about trying to get in touch a couple of times the day before with me as the price was going up and that they had left me a voicemail. No missed calls and no voicemail. WASTE OF TIME - DO NOT USE THEM

If I could give them six stars I would. After getting almost screwed by another plumbing service, I contacted Nuflow Pipe Rescue to get another quote. They showed me clearly on camera where the problem was, sorted out the incomplete work from the other company and then gave me options to get it fixed permanently. All at 1/3 to half the cost of the other place. Thank you so much for all your work and genuinely honest service.

We had a previous company try and charge us for a 4 metre re-line. Two other companies, including PipeRescue, subsequently came along and demonstrated with CCTV proof that the re-line needed was only 1 metre. Previous company trying to take us for a ride at our expense!PipeRescue - Lyn was our first contact from PipeRescue - quoting was straighforward and prompt, and she was very helpful and had excellent communication skills. Thankyou Lyn!On the day, Chris and Bas (spelling?) were an absolutely amazing team! Prompt, professional, and above all highly competent. An excellent job done! The guys were very easy to deal with and really treated our place as their own. Can't speak highly enough of them, thank you!Would definitely recommend this fantastic team and will call them again for any future work needed!

Just wanted to thank Joel and the team at Pipe Rescue in Brisbane for there help and service. We had a blocked drain in Brisbane at our home, and initial costs were going to be more then we could ever afford to do it the traditional way. Pipe Rescue's new state of the art method meant i didn't have to involve excavators and the like to rip up our yard. If you haven't looked into pipe relining i highly recommend you do. 5 stars - thanks again Joel and the team.

Absolutely wonderful - it took one plumber 5 hours to unblock the drain, Cris took 20 minutes and with a smile! Now the pipe has been relined we look forward to no more blockages. But if we do, you're my first and only call.
