Picked up nandos for dinner because we couldn’t be bothered cooking and as we are attempting to be healthier post Easter it was sans chips which made it all a bit sad. Food was fine nothing noteworthy

Placed an order via the website. Received an incomplete order, half of the items were missing. When we called the store they claimed not to be able to find our order.They said they couldn't find our order via name or order number. But how was our order (half fulfilled) and my name written on the delivery bag?They then said they could either give us store credit (but how when they can't find our order??)ORWE contact doordash ourselves to arrange for another delivery person to pick up the missing items. What?!? Shouldn't they contact their delivery partner to arrange this and not their customers??The bag we received was also unsealed and no receipt attached.This is at least the 2nd time we've received an incomplete order from them.Never going back.

Service was terrible, couldn’t understand what I was saying and gave me the wrong meal. Gross and dirty venue with the outside tables barely functioning. Horrendous.

Overall it was a nice experience. But if you compare the quantity of food in Nando's in other locations I felt it was less at the same price charged. May be that can be evaluated by the management. Else it was a good service.

Went in this evening. Front of staff great. Don't recommend bothering to order in person around dinner though. They prioritise uber and door dash orders so by the time you go to pick something up it's pretty cold.Maybe dine in but don't order for pick up on the app. Too many bottlenecks to actually get your food!

It's in a cute building. Like renovated old world post office. Food is good. Their Order-Pickup process is very streamlined.

It seems half a chicken in this establishment is 2 quarters but breast portion is hacked to remove a portion for other uses. This cost cutting measure is simply deceptive practice that some outlets choose to deploy. Great product Nandos but please cut this out.
