The experience I had at Max Computing has been beyond my expectations both times I had to bring in my MacBook Pro for repairs under Apple Care. Luke's customer care is phenomenal, I could not be more grateful for his advice and expertise. I recommend this business wholeheartedly.

Absolutely fabulous - in fact nearly the best customer service ever When I rang - got the lovely Luke on the phone - took the phone in - Luke went over and beyond - Tim and Gabe also brilliant - dont ever go to an Apple shop when you get such great customer service locally - highly recommend - well done Lads

Could not recommend these guys highly enough. We have had several laptops repaired with them over the past 5 years or so and have always had a good experience. They are friendly, communicate the issues clearly and get the job done promptly. Tim went above and beyond to try to help me with an issue with my laptop recently - always kept me in the loop, tried to find a resolution for me, emailed all details. Thanks Tim and Luke, much appreciated.
