I am currently employed with DH Holistic care in WA as a support worker. I joined DH Holistic care April 2022. 6 moths now in my role as a support worker. The management team are very focus on the client support and the client needs for the services providing to our client.This is what I personally love the most. I believe focusing on the client needs is key mostly fundamental, because this allows me as a support worker to feels the joy of my job. I believe in delivering quality services to my client and this also allows the client family to be very happy. The organisation needs more committed staff who will deliver quality care services to our customers and see their family.Holistic care is focus on providing care services that is fundamental to our client and their love one.As a staff my key focus point is to be the best audition to providing care that focus on our participants centre care.DH Holistic care management are very reliable, easy and approachable to work with.
