A really friendly and relaxing atmosphere. All the instructors have been really helpful and made me feel comfortable to try new things. The studio is very clean and has a great, easy to use locker system. Online booking system makes it easy to discover the range of classes and can sync to your phone calendar. Plus the place always smells amazing. Times are pretty bizarre and stressful at the moment and I genuinely feel reassured knowing I can come to these classes. Thanks flex body.

Flex Body is an excellent local studio. There is a great range of classes led by fantastic teachers. I can’t fault Anita and her team. Thank you for keeping me fit and happy!

Flex Body is a place where you immediately feel welcome, no matter what level you are at.Having a huge choice of pilates, yoga and barre classes, is a plus because I have no excuse not to go, I can always find a class, no matter how busy my week gets. :)The owner Anita and the instructors are friendly and experienced and the environment is calm and inviting. So happy I joined and to have this nearby.

My partner and I both went to Flex Body for about 9 months and absolutely loved it (we were sorry to move away from the area). Anita creates such a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes in. The classes are a good size and the teachers explain the concepts well. We also had a few private lessons to do a deep-dive into technique which we both really benefited from (can definitely recommend Anna for yoga and Kara for pilates).

I love going to Flex Body. The studio is clean and modern, the instructors are very experienced and friendly. The choice and variety of classes is refreshing and no request is ever a problem. Thank you for coming to Northbridge. :)

The instructors are all very nice and very professional. The class environment and ambience are all good. However, I was overcharged twice (I could only find out when I checked my credit card payment history for something else). The duration of my membership was messed up too, which almost lead to another overcharge. I was lucky that I kept all the email correspondence. Yes, I received a full refund of all the overcharges, but I do feel that the business should operate with a bit more care and diligent especially when it takes money out from other's credit card on a regular basis. This was why I give 2 stars only. These stars are for the instructors and the studio environment. As much as I hope I was the only person experienced the overcharge, I would encourage other members to check their payment history too.

Wonderful studio with excellent instructors teaching both mat and reformer pilates. Really enjoy all the classes being offered - what a great little gem in the neighbourhood. Clean, tidy and great equipment provided - highly recommend!

I have attended a few gyms and studios in my life time. I was introduced to Flex Body by a good friend and I have never looked back. The quality service and communication was outstanding. The instructors were informative and incredibly supportive. I felt that I was not just another member there but part of a Flex Body family.My fitness and strength levels have improved dramatically and have been with me every step of the way. The facility is amazing with top equipment and is very clean with all Covid safety measure in place. I feel completely safe and happy to be back on the reformers and enjoying the classes with the group. A big shout out to Anita and her team, they are all truly wonderful. Highly recommend!!
