I called Rick for a quote on a termite inspection. Rick took the time to ask me about my concerns and explain the termite inspection process to me over the phone, I booked him in straight away as he was so personable and helpful on the phone. Rick confirmed my inspection with me the day prior, and showed up on time. Rick was very professional, polite and friendly and took the time to explain to me what he was seeing on his thermal imaging monitor. I’d highly recommend Rick to anybody needing pest control services.
