Visited seeking assistance with some complementary medication. Pharmacist couldn’t draw his attention away from his computer to make eye contact let alone speak directly to me. Found more help online… Poor customer experience for someone new to the neighbourhood and looking for a new pharmacy. Won’t return.

I went in today after I had a big fall and grazed my knee very very badly. I only wanted to buy what I’d need to treat at home and Kathleen went and got a first aid kid and cleaned and dressed the wound so I would be able to head home and relax. I can’t express how amazing she was! No other chemist would do that. So MASSIVE THANKYOU! It was much appreciated! Thankyou!

So impressed with the team’s patience, empathy and kindness. I came in with my elderly mum over Easter and loved the way the team treated her plus the other elderly lady there just before us.
