Unethical business practises from this seler . DON'T BUY... This seller seems to be selling products past expiry by more than months (by putting them in clearance). The expired products which am talking about is Food products on which there should be no compromise. The attached product was delivered on March 30th 2020 (>2 months expired!!)

Order placed on 23rd with estimated delivery 26th to 28th. Still haven't received the order. Defeats the purpose of ordering online if delivery is not within a reasonable timeframe. I'll have to go a shop today as we ran out of essential items.

Mostly Expired products sold. on questioning they give legal reasons like best before dates are allowed to sell even after 3months

I would happily have given GroceryBee 5 stars for ease of use, and for their fantastic responsiveness once I raised an issue with them about the failure of my delivery to arrive. Unfortunately, I think GroceryBee have been let down by their choice of Sendle as a delivery agent. Even though I had left instructions with my order that it was fine to leave my delivery at the door, Sendle (a) ignored this instruction, and (b) failed to leave a card in my letterbox, or otherwise notify me in any way that they had attempted to deliver my goods. I would be very happy to use GroceryBee again. To reiterate, GroceryBee were fantastic once I raised the delivery issue with them, and in fact I got my goods 24 hours after I did so. Hopefully next time I use them I will be able to give them the full 5 stars.

Grocery Bee has a huge variety of products online to select from, their customer service is very quick in responding to queries and my groceries were delivered on time with affordable delivery fee. I am very happy with my purchase and will use their service again.Also, thank you for sending free products with my order. I appreciate it :)

Ordered groceries from Grocery bee for Onam festival on 31st Aug. The order was placed on 20th , delivery was to Pyrmont which is a metro location.The delivery took a longer time than expected. Understanding that this might be due to the Covid situations. Thanks for responding back to emails and getting in touch with me for updates.

Grocery bee sell products past their best before date on website at premium prices. When we contacted them, they said that legally they are allowed to do this. It is however a bit deceiving as you can select and add products from a search screen which does not list that the product is past the best before date. They say you have to check each product’s details before buying, but why offer this quick search and add feature which does not show that it is an old product, if a customer is required to check details on the individual product screen? Beware of this if you are ordering from this website. We were also sent old pasta products with best before date of Dec 2020 in May 2022 that we never ordered. When we asked them why they sent us all these all packets of old pasta, they said it was complimentary and to discard it if we don’t want it. This is very poor practice to send items we don’t want that are old products and asking us to dispose of it. The customer is not there to dispose their old products. Very unhappy with them and we will not be using them again.

I ordered 12 inch tawa which I received today but would like to exchange for 14 inches. How can i do that? I gave been trying to reach on phone number given on website but no one picked up.Also i ordered Paniyaram kadai and there was some threads in a packet with it.. Can u tell me what its meant for?
