Burgers And Shakes

I don’t know what these burgers have but they are super special and tasty.Service is excellent. Super fast. Wishing to coming back again :D

Visited on the strength of other reviews and wasn't impressed.Edit: looking back at the reviews it seems that a lot of them are fake and/or paid for. Lots of reviews by people with only one review to their name. Yeah. Looks genuine.There seems to be too many options without any focus or a signature burger. Our order was OK, and we liked vegetarian/gluten free options but none of them were memorable.The chips were well below par but we enjoyed our milkshake.Not overly impressed, unlikely to visit again, there are better burger options around Woodville.

Friendly, clean and quick service. Great vegan options on the menu. Well worth having a look at. I tried the BBQ chicken ( vegan) complete with pineapple. Tasty and balanced with sauce. Really a win! Patti was great textured and very much like chicken. Sweet potato chips were a nice alternative.

Ordered their Meat the Lot and BNS special — Both burgers are delicious and filling! (Our fave pick is the Meat the Lot) We also got some sweet potatoes on the side which are crispy and well seasoned! Great value for money. I rated this place 4 stars because of their lack in customer service. No one welcomed us, we waited for a couple of minutes waiting for someone to take the order. And it was not just us who experienced this even the next customers who came after us.Not even a good bye or thanks. That’s what this place is missing to get a 5/5! Hope they can improve it next time cause I will really love to go back.

One of Adelaide’s hidden Burger places is located in the western suburbs! Well deserved burger joint that would be classed as one of Adelaide’s best hidden foodie gems! The design of the whole shop has this stylish American, 80s but modern “Grease Movie” interior vibe that is just so Instagram worthy but super chilled and relaxing!The staff are so friendly and happy to wait while you feel overwhelmed with the huge variety of chooses for food! The menu for vegans is crazy and meat eaters calm down you can get your beef to (but i will be only be talking about the vegan food here).They have so many vegan items just to name a few, Vegan Bonza Burger, Vegan Chicken BBQ Burger and The Vegan Vaygon (The lot)! A Burger that has vegan Egg and Bacon like.......what!! Crazy I know but amazing and just want you need when your looking for the perfect comfort foods! And great large portions worth every cent!!

First time here today because of the previous ratings. Upon arrival I felt something wasn’t right. We almost left because it took so long to serve us and we were the only ones in the store.We ordered three burgers, we had a chicken and cheese burger, golden rings and the flame burger. We also ordered a side of onion rings and washed everything down with an Oreo milkshake, salted caramel milkshake and a can of coke.The two chicken burgers were slightly over cooked. All the burgers tasted good. The Oreo milkshake was good however the salted caramel was way to weak and we left over half of it unfinished. The down side of the burgers was they took 18, 21 and 28 minutes to come out. The milkshakes took 34 and 38 minutes to come out.The service was terrible! They were obviously understaffed and also had no clue how to prioritise their orders. They even said they lost our milkshake order.We witnessed two other groups leave became they weren’t served fast enough and gave up waiting.We recommend the owner have a good look at how his staff are trained to keep customers updated and happy.An interesting thing is we told the service guy we would do a review prior to placing our order.The staff were apologetic for the wait and made no effort to make any offer.i.e. Discount on next burger order or free fries next time.The best way to describe the place is average burgers and shakes with clueless staff.There are heaps of better places to get a burger within the area, try them first to avoid disappointment.We were going to give you two stars however that would be overstating it.Really sorry to give our worst review so far.We value good burgers and good service.Maybe you should to!

Received my order on Menulog after it was sitting around for 40minutes plus. Lettuce was limp, burger buns soggy, fries limp…. Nothing good about this experience. I called up the restaurant and the guy I spoke to told me he would call up Menulog and get me a refund… he then texted me and said I have to sort it out with Menulog. Total liar.Reply to Owner: You're sorry for the inconvenience? Refund me like you said you would!

Absolutely love Burgers N Shakes! We cannot fault the food (vegan menu is amazing and you will never regret a shake). The service is always friendly and quick.

Best burger in town, and chips are crispy. Highly recommended!

Went and met the new owners of this burger shop that took over about 2-3 months ago, had a great burger. New owners are customer focused on quality. Full of flavour and cooked really well.They serve large size burgers that are filling and use great rolls that make all the difference. Definatley worth a taste if you are in the area, will back in again soon.
