Will not return any of my calls, therefore I cannot even make an appointment, and I have already paid for the service through Groupon. I am now trying to get a refund.

Had an appointment made. Was made to wait 1hour while other clients had hair straightened - could of had my colour working. But nope tried to upsell me to spend more money on another service. Was told i would have to wait 1.5hrs in total and ended up walking out. What a waste of a Saturday. 2hrs driving time for me for nothing - entire day wasted - im sure they wouldnt appreciate losing 2hrs worth of money.

Super sweet nail technician! We were late for our appointment but she was very understanding. My mom and I both got manicures and pedicures that turned out lovely! There aren’t many colour choices for gel polish but what I wanted was there (white and sparkles) and what my mom wanted was also there (bright red). We were still getting our nails done at 7 (the listed closing time) but she continued to patiently do our nails until they were done. Some other places begin to rush or get frustrated when it’s almost closing time but that certainly wasn’t the case here!

Absoulutey amazing! I’ve been going to Luxuria Salon for years now, and will continue to recommend to everyone. My hair always looks better each time, and Karen is just lovely. Im constantly impressed, and will always go back!

Karen did a great job with my cut and colour - she was very professional and upfront of the expectations. It was a great result and I'm more than happy with my new cut and colour!

Had a cut, balayage and blow dry with Karen and it was just excellent! She is so incredibly friendly, I had such a lovely time as her client. She is very good and my hair looks incredible. I highly recommend this salon.

Went in last to get a hair cut from Frank he was happy to wait for me as I finish work at 6pm and then had an hour drive to BlackburnHave to say my hair now looks fresh as and will definitely be heading back to see Frank again he is a SuperstarThanks Frankie

AVOID I was thinking to get luxury cut" for less and I was so wrong..there is an amateur barber specially for groupon clients. I was very disappointed by the result even I brought a photographs of my previous cut which was super easy. I was a legit client

Bought a Groupon voucher and tried to book an appointment with them for a month (10+ phone calls, text messages etc). One return phone call only, and no further actions to assist in making a booking. Clearly not interested in business.
