Shunhua Massage Subiaco Square

Can’t recommend at all, made a booking with confirmation email and they took 2 walk ins ahead of me while I sat waiting then tried to reschedule my appointment. Disgusting!

Went to Shunhua Massage today with my wife. A nice and clean place, good service, especially for Malissa and the one for my wife, we really like their massage which is kind, professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

The masseusse at this place I think her name was Areil is overall either incompetent or just plain unconcerned with people. The masseuse could barely speak or understand English. I made sure I tried to make her check with me about my back issue knowing that English speaking is not a big deal in itself but she failed to ask me ANY questions about my muscles or pain. There was Zero communication. I actually offered to provide some info but she had no interest. Secondly they are super hard on the muscles. The massage was painful to say the leas and although I braved through it in the hope that she must know what she's doing, she failed to check throughout the massage about anything, if it hurts or not etc. I think they treat remedial massage like any other massage, without much consideration. I was not there for fun and I don't even care that she caused me further pain. My main concern is whether they know what they're doing, they can probably do damage to other people with serious injuries. I hate to give it a bad review but this is only to make sure they look into it before someonee suffers.

It would be highly advised to stay clear of this massage facility. They do not wanna gift vouchers. They constantly have power out as the new boss doesn’t have money to pay the bill. They cancel appointments on you at the last minute. What was to be a relaxing massage therapy, for one hour turned out to be the most painful experience of my entire life

I wanted a trained reflexologist and I got a poor foot massage. When I asked the lady if her staff had training she said they work a little in each of our stores to get experience get. I paid for something my husband could do better.

I had a 20min neck/ should massage and I realised that the girls was massaging with one hand and when I looked over I saw she with her phone! Quickly she slides it on the pocket of her apron, I didn’t say anything as I wanted have a good massage and not stress, but otherwise the massagem was good.
