I've found that Greg and the team at Poolwerx Mount Eliza are always happy to provide help and advice on the upkeep of your pool and spa. I recently had a leak in my spa and Greg spent a good 15 mins on the phone to me helping to diagnose likely causes - and also recommended a company who could come out to accurately diagnose the problem. As it turns out, Greg's experience had correctly pinpointed the issue anyway (leaking valve), and it saved me thousands...I also go to Greg for all my pool chemicals because his shop is one of the few places around who don't try to sell you lots of unnecessary chemicals.I highly recommend Mount Eliza Poolwerx....

Not impressed,been a customer for a while and spent good money of my pool and equipment but owner has gone on holiday and my pool is filthy and overdue a clean by 2 weeks now they tell me it could be 6 weeks before a clean….very unprofessional and poor management
