Lake Imaging - Sunbury

I rang to book in a 12 week pregnancy ultrasound and was advised due to Covid restrictions my toddler (17 months) would not be able to come in. Both my partner and I work full time and juggle care between us, nanna and daycare. I asked what other options were if I could not get care for our toddler at short notice and was told I should go to emergency and ‘wait until I could be squeezed in.’ Given wait times are currently in excess of 8 hours, this isn’t an emergency and would put even further strain on our emergency care medical staff, along with seeing emergency doctors/nurses not OB ultrasonographers I found this advise appalling. No wonder our emergency services are under so much pressure :(

Reception staff always polite. Have had CT scans, Ultra sounds, Mammograms always very friendly and informative. I have no complaints at all

Surprised by some of these reviews, I did have a couple of receptionists that weren’t overly friendly and the sonographer was quiet (not rude though!) but the ct tech (not sure of their exact title; radiologist?) was fabulous, explained everything really well, even though I’ve had many scans, he kept me at ease. Also I was in and out for 2 scans in 45 minutes, virtually no wait time. But the best bit of all is that they report results properly. (My gp had me try elsewhere in Sunbury a few times, but they always gave vague reports, were hard to follow up, even rude when they were asked to review a report to include the size of a nodule, surely that’s radiology 101!). So anyway, despite the negative reviews, they are heaps better than the alternative!

Surprised by that last review, just attended the practice today and received a warm and friendly welcome, helped with paper work and escorted me to the appropriate waiting room but the great service didn't stop there. Attended by Daniel and Doctor Baden they explained to me the process, what they were doing, what discomfort i may feel and how long it would take. I always felt i was in the best hands. Thanks guys.

If I could give it less than a 1 I would.Medical discrimination at its finest.Walked in without a mask (health exemption) waiting in line and get screamed at by an elderly staff member WHERE IS YOUR MASK! ) not asking why I am not wearing one or pulling me to the side instead of screaming and making the whole room look.After explaining I have an exemption she began to roll her eyes and did not listen to the reason why I was there.I ended up walking out upset and shaking from being treated so badly when I was there for an illness-related incident.This is disgusting and I would like to make a formal complain if someone from management would like to contact me."

Reception staff medically discriminated and bullied against an elderly family member for not wearing a mask. And would not serve him. Even though they were told he cannot breath. What a disgraceful clinic. You should be ashamed. I look forward to pursuing a human rights discrimination law suit. I would give no stars if possible.

Very friendly staff, gave me lovely advice with my ultrasounds needing to be booked!Did say that its bulk bullied with my referrals I have from my doctor after I had dealt with an extremely rude receptionist with the Melton location so very grateful for the friendly staff at Sunbury! Will definitely just be going to the Sunbury Lake Imagining from now on!

I had the pleasure of visiting Lake Imaging todayAnd I was looked after by Lee she was such a breath of fresh with her bubbly personality ,I felt so at ease.Keep up your good workHelen O'Flaherty

The staff and the Policies are despicable.. They still have Covid Hysteria.. you can't book if you go to the place it has to done online.. Its not good for people who can't access computer. It's I don't recommend this place go somewhere else .. So if they go Woke about Covid Hysteria.. They will go Broke.. It's like Melbourne is like a province of China
