Cannot recommend this place enough! Jenelle, in particular, is a wonderful physician - she is caring, practical and an excellent communicator. I felt so comfortable and confident of recovery from my injury in her capable hands. Her follow-ups outside of appointments to make sure you are going well make you feel well cared for and listened to - she is the best! The whole team at Step into Health are kind and thoughtful. Should you go there? Absolutely!

Step into health provides holistic and comprehensive care for persistent and stubborn physical injuries. The solutions and therapy provided has given me rapid results. I thought I would never get rid of a really stubborn shoulder injury and yet within the first visit the change was marked. They’ve also got me adopting better approaches to my general physical health. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved it! Went in with very stiff neck and shoulders but Kody was really good at explaining about achieving holistic health and maintaining good posture for long term benefits. I walked out feeling so much more pain free and relaxed. Really appreciate their custom service and quality in service.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff, my daughter is a gymnast and the team work with her to ensure she is flexible and pain free. Kieran is wonderful and so great with kids, more recently we have seen Kelvin the Physio, my gymnast was suffering with shoulder pain, he has helped her through this and messages regularly to see how she is going. I also love that they will communicate with her coach to let her know where she is at. Highly recommend especially for sporting injuries...

I've been a client with SIHC for about five years now and highly recommend them. Their customer service is always of a very high standard and the outcome of their treatments has kept me moving and as functional as possible after some pretty significant life events over the past 6 years (family trauma, multiple compounding injuries and illness including cancer). I know I can rely on this team to help me manage my issues and keep me on track to get back to full health and functional mobility.

Highly recommend Louise Adam! She is up to speed with the most recent studies in osteopathy so I was very much enlightened by what she told me and I am thrilled! I came into the clinic with what I was convinced was a back that had been pulled out of place and left knowing how to correct the muscle overreactions from constant straining. I am so grateful to her, she really listens and she really cares! Also Ruby the receptionist is lovely too, thank you Ruby! :)

Decided to try this service out as previously I had been to other physios and remedial massage establishments in Canberra with very mixed (Usually negative) results. I'm a new client to the SIHC service but I'll tell you what, for the first time since I have been receiving remedial massage in the past 6 odd years this is the first time I have felt less sore after receiving treatment and felt like the staff providing the service actually bothered to look into my medical history and provide a tailored service. They did work on the front of my neck/shoulders too which no other health service has bothered to do. It really did the trick and I felt much better. Staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend you give these guys a go.
