They were prompt and went above and beyond to ensure the job went as efficiently and smoothly as possible. They worked back countless nights to ensure job got done. Renovated a bathroom in my 62 year old mothers house and refused to install a floor waste. She is 62 and now her 3 year old grand daughter lives there also. Waiting for either of them to slip over and hurt themselves. I lived in Brisbane when this took place and was shocked to find out she paid $28,000 in cash and was refused a receipt. Originally told the works would be around $15K, they also entirely demolished the bathroom, leaving two women who were living in the house without a toilet, without a hand basin, without a shower, without a bathtub, refused to hire a temporary bathroom. And didn’t return to commence works for two months, my mother and sister were driving to family members to shower and use the toilets and wash, even our neighbours in emergency bathroom situations, it was so embarrassing, and the family that owns ARB are very wealthy and live a prestigious life. I just can’t imagine how they sleep at night. More than willing to show pics and vid’s of the dodgy workmanship. My two year old daughter can slide the whole bathtub around as the feet aren’t level, nor are they stuck to the ground, cracked and chipped tiles were left at handover, and once again refused to be rectified. Disappointment at its finest.
