Phil Heffey (Phully Fit)

Very knowledgable and motivating! Helped me lose weight and gain muscle!

I have been training with Phil since September 2019. Prior to starting with Phil, I had absolutely zero experience in weights training, nor did I understand the importance of good nutrition. Since then I have learned so much about structuring my diet to achieve my goals. I have both gained and lost weight over my journey so far, gaining 8kg in the first 4 months of training to see my lifting capability increase drastically, before cutting my diet back to participate in his '8 week challenge'. In this challenge I lost 6 Kg in 8 weeks and reduced my body fat percentage down to 12% allowing me to really seeing the results of my first 5 months of training. What's really stood out so far though, is the service Phil has provided throughout the entire journey, going out of his way to check in regularly and make sure that I am getting the results I'm chasing while still being able to carry out my busy day-to-day life. He is an amazing trainer and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get serious about their fitness. He is without a doubt the reason I have become addicted to the gym. Cant wait to see what the future has in store.

Have lost over 20kgs in the 12 months with his guidance in weight training and nutrition, he will tailor any plan to suit your needs wether it be work commitments or injury highly reccomend Phil at Phully Fit and have enjoyed having him as my coach

Phil is a great trainer, he is very thorough with his techniques and explanations. Easy to get along with and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to better their physique and gain essential nutritional knowledge. Love ya work mate!
