Victor and Mark are two of the most professional and experienced mechanics I've ever had work on my vehicles.I've only just started using them after having been shafted by other mechanics in the area.I needed two cars repaired and serviced. My Ford Territory wasn't starting and other mechanics were going to charge me an arm and a leg just to even diagnose the vehicle. Some other mechanics mentioned it could've been a fuel pump assembly issue, and were going to charge me upwards of $3000 to repair.Victor and Mark had a look, identified the problem and had the parts installed within 24hrs, charging considerably less than what I was quoted in other places. Not only that -- they fine-tuned everything in the Territory and it's handling is better than when I first drove it out of the Ford Dealer.Being mobile mechanics, they even delivered my Territory to my house once they'd fixed it.It was a no-brainer to get them to look after my wife's peugeot. Up until now, I've never been a fan of her car and it's CVT transmission. Even after being serviced at the dealership, it never impressed me.Today, Victor and Mark gave the peugeot a logbook service, replaced the air filter, and tweaked a few other things, and it came back to me purring like a new car. It's CVT was more responsive and had the guts you'd expect from a European car.Again, they charged me less than what the dealership normally charges!These guys are amazing. Fantastic customer service, helpful, easy to deal with and knowledgable.It was 8:30pm Sunday night, I was completely stuffed with an issue with the LPG fuel mixer on a duel fuel land cruiser. Victor went above and beyond, helping me for over an hour and it got me back on the road. He also saved me money on the fix, for which I'm very grateful.To say I was relieved and happy is an understatement. I'll be confident to use him in future and I'd recommend him without hesitation.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Victor! Great service, very professional and overall extremely happy with the service and advice I was provided with. Will definitely be using Total Care Mechanics in the future!
