Used to really enjoy coming in when Gypsey was working, now it’s obvious that no one cares about that store, this is the second time I’ve come into the store and the second time that there’s no plus size workers. To have staff that don’t greet people when they walk in the door and just stand behind the counter unbothered and unhelpful. It’s just uncomfortable. Gypsey was like your own personal hype girl who made you feel so good about yourself, the store has gone down hill since she’s been away.

I went in today and both the staff on around 12:30-1pm were incredible. Knew their products, super helpful and really lovely. I came in with an outfit vision and not only did the girls really help me get exactly what I was after they also made me really excited about it. Clothes are actually cute and reasonably priced. Was super happy with the whole experience and cannot recommended enough

Went into the store over the Xmas period looking for some cute holiday outfits. The stunning looking red haired manager in there was just incredible. Despite being very clearly an insanely busy period, she took every care to listen to my needs and wants. She was incredibly knowledgable in plus size shapes and fits. She knew my colours straight away, what styles would compliment my shape and quickly brought things to me I didn’t think would ever work but were just perfect. She wasn’t pushy or in my face, she actively listened and was so genuine and warm. She clearly wasn’t there to make a quick sale from me and it became apparent she actually cared about why I was in there. She has absolutely changed the way I shop in brick and mortar establishments and restored all my faith in shopping for plus size styles.So much fun was had! I walked out feeling like an absolute goddess. Believe me when I say, EVERY human needs a woman like her in their life. I wish I could have taken her home. I will absolutely be returning. You and All, you have a total queen representing your business. Well done.

The store was so clean and nicely presented. The sales assistant by the name of Gypsy was just amazing and super friendly. She made my morning and helped me over come my anxiety as I am more of an online shopper. Thank you Gypsy!!
