MYVET - Fullarton Veterinary Clinic

I would like to express my gratitude to MyVET. After our cat, Chicken Drumstick, passed away in a car accident last week, MyVET helped us preserve his body for seven days, allowing us time to say our goodbyes. I would also like to thank the staff at MyVET for their warm assistance in arranging cremation services for us. I am truly grateful to MyVET for their respect and care towards life.

I had the most positive experience I've ever had in my decades of pet ownership with the team at MyVet on Saturday. My 13 year old cat Ming Ming hasn't been well. Andrew and his team were so caring and helpful. The receptionist is welcoming and warm. I am telling everyone about these guys - no up selling, no pushing products or overpriced health plans. Just proper customer service and genuine care for your animals.

They are not reliable and not respect the lives of pets, don’t go there if you have emergency issues. My kitten died yesterday afternoon 13rd July. He was infected by fungus and was given medicine within butter on 12th of July. Everything was ok with him until eating the butter, he vomited many times after eating that. I took him to clinic at noon on 13rd July, on the way there he was still fine just weak and when we arrived we told the desk clerk that he was very weak, exhausted and required the treatment, however no vets there, the desk clerk told us she would call the vet immediately and asked us to leave until she called us back. I called her on 15:25 without any replying about my kitten, so I drove to clinic at once But on my way I got her call, she just told me my kitten was gone 15 minutes ago. When we arrived we just saw him die on the bed in a cold room without any treatments or vets. My little kitten just passed away like that, only a month and half year old. I’ll never get to know what had happened during the last few hours of his life but I’m sure that the nonfeasance of leave him untreatment promote his death.

I am going to this vet for 25 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else ! this is where you get the best professional, caring, most friendly care for all your pets' needs. Dr Kylie, Dr Anna, Sam, Kyle, Janice, Ruby, Sarah, staff, are so welcoming, so professional. Highly recommended by Lana Chester & Elton

My Son and I took our little 12 year old dog, Oscar, to the Fullarton Clinic. I've been around a while and had many dealings with Vets. Going to this Clinic was a great experience (although, ultimately, the outcome for Oscar was dire!), even the welcome was lovely. Dr Andrew Hay's expert, professional and compassionate treatment of Oscar (and us!) was very much appreciated. Andrews explanations of the options were in-depth, practical and clear - and left us with no doubts over the choice we made.The lovely card we later received from the Clinic was also a lovely, lovely gesture.Thank you, and to all the staff.best wishesKatherine and James (Oscars humans)

Very caring and helpful team. One of our dogs has heart issues and we can always get in to see the vet at short notice.
