V Custom Blinds

We started off just wanting a quote for blinds for three very small windows. We ended up with the whole house being done, as well as our balcony being totally transformed with a set of outside blinds that has really modernised the look of the house from the street and made sitting out on the balcony something we really look forward to.The thing that impressed us about V Custom Blinds and especially Stratos, the proprietor, was that no job was too small. He would have been more than happy to accommodate our small request but we felt why not make a total transformation of the home. The installation was done in a particularly difficult period of material supply leading up to Christmas, but Stratos went out of his way to ensure that everything was delivered on time and that the installation was undertaken with a week to spare. He was very much aware that we were operating on a budget and ensured that what we received combined both quality and value for money. He paid great attention to detail and we never felt that he needed to rush off to see another customer . . . our request was all that mattered to him and ensuring we were happy with the final product was what gave him the most satisfaction. All we can say is that Stratos and his company epitomise what a customer focussed business should be.We would also like to pass on our appreciation to his associate Terry Park who completed the installation of both the indoor and outdoor blinds in such a professional manner.In conclusion, Stratos . . . definite standard setter in personalised customer service.
