I would just like to say what a wonderful experience I had I am having hip surgery 2 weeks and the ladies who looked after me were great not having much mobility in hips to the girls on front desk they told me when I booked the price of scan great service all round

I was there for a few hours and the receptionist looked after me so well. They also assisted me with booking in for the next day for another test. There was a bit of an issue with my booking but they sorted it out really quickly and allowed me to have my scans in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated.Coffee shop close by too, and very easy parking. Unlike their competitors, these guys don't charge above the Medicare rebate (for non qualifying Medicare things you still need to pay for, but it was MUCH cheaper than competitors).Information/ results available from patient portal too, which is awesome for accessing and sharing your own data.Thank you!

I can’t give enough stars. The staff are just the most incredibly kind and patient I’ve ever encountered. I have very hard to find veins and they understood and helped to make the test achievable. I just cannot express how amazing the staff are.

The worst receptionists ever. They don't care and you wait 90 minutes, after going off at them they say oh we got your appointment wrong. Bloody useless.

At first I had difficulties with sorting out all my referrals and I was quite distressed about it. I eventually spoke to management and they made sure everything ran smooth for me after my initial experience. Fran was very helpful on the front desk.

I have been here a few times most recently yesterday. They were able to fit all 3 scans in together to save me waiting around.Every time I have rang and spoken to reception they have always been friendly and always helpful.Every time I have been here they have always been friendly.I would go here over other X-ray places any day.They actually care about they patients and not about money.Highly recommend

The receptionists were not very customer friendly and I saw more than one person get sent home because they mixed up the appointment time. It's very inconvenient as people have to miss work for their appointment, but are sent home anyway. I hope improvements to the system can be made.

Customer service was brilliant. Friendly kind reception staff. Though take cash as all card purchases are charged 1.5% (no sign or information about this anywhere until you check the price charged on your card)

I went there for my Dating scan. The best scanning place I have been to. It was easy to get an appointment. I reached there early 30 minutes early and they called me immediately. Din have to wait till my appointment. The radiologist was really sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Would only go here for all my scans
