Excellent training facilities and the facilitators are very friendly and helpful. Rachel is an absolute legend who is super approachable and keeps the training fun, entertaining and educational.They've also got coffee, tea, and snacks.Definitely recommended ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rachel was amazing. Normally First Aid Courses are very boring and stagnant. Rachel provided a expert experience on real life situations and was super knowledgeable about everything first aid. Best first aid course I have ever done.

Went to class with my oldest daughter for her to learn CPR as well for her first time. The trainer Rachael was very good and knowledgeable, as a repeat student I recommend FAAE training for all your first aid training, the trainers keep it fun & entertaining as well as easy to learn environment, up to date theory per Australian guidelines.

Fantastic first aid and CPR training. Highly recommended for all ages and groups. In 15 years of the rural fire service, this is the first first aid I have highly enjoyed. Rachel is highly experienced and very knowledgeable in everything she teaches.

Rachel was amazing, really easy going and made it fun. She was very clear with everything and encouraged you to ask if you were unsure of anything. I feel super confident now. I definitely recommend coming to Coomera every 12 months to keep your First Aid up to date.

This was my 3rd refresher course at First Aid Accident & Emergency at Coomera, and once again I thoroughly enjoyed the course! Rachel kept it upbeat and fun, but still super informative, and i feel confident to deal with a first aid emergency if I’m dealt with one. Would 100% recommend!
