My cruffin was delicious. Green eggs Benny good, ice coffee small compared to other cafes. Fellow diner really enjoyed her 4 cheese toasting and takeaway goodies from the cabinet.

Lovely Cafe located at 118 Wharf Street Tweed Heads.Large outdoor seating area with many shaded tables. Has a beaut indoor dining area as well.Great Coffee & a good selection of cakes, pastries & savoury treats.Fabulous place to enjoy a cuppa, relax and take in the water views.

Popped in to have a bit to eat - setting is so lovely on the river.Ordered 2 x chicken burgers and a watermelon juice totalling $54Chicken burger was a deep fried thigh fillet, bit of mayo and browned lettuce on a small brioche bun. So tough I couldn’t even cut it let alone bite into it.Seriously the worst lunch I have ever had. Leaving the majority of mine on the plate the waitress didn’t even ask how it was. They need to lift their game if they are going to charge ridiculous prices.

The menu looks great. Ordering through the app is fine but I am disinclined to tip before eating or getting any service. I went for the chicken waffles but the batter was so hard in some parts I couldn't get a fork in. Waffles were great but would have liked some more maple syrup. The half eggs Benny was excellent and the option of half serve is great. Breakfast salad was also nice. Will try again soon hopefully.

Wow what a fantastic breakfast in a beautiful location. Great views. The food was so awesome, I couldn’t believe my luck! Staff were very friendly and professional too. Highly recommend. I had the green eggs Bennie… nom nom nom. On a crumpet! Go on, try it on a crumpet - it was delightful

We came here for our kid's program at the Tweed Heads Auditorium. I came in to have a coffee n Croissant and truly enjoyed the coffee and the tranquillity view of the calm river in the morning. I also the setup and swings. For this, I give you five stars.I came back with the kids just before lunchtime, and it was crowded. We manage to get a seat at the front. I used the online order system, and our food took more than 45 mins to come, except for our almond croissant. I approached the waiter, and he mentioned to me that they were very busy and asked us to wait and didn't bother to check for us. Another 5 mins passed, and I walked to the serving counter; our almond croissant had been there for pick by the waiter for the last hour.

The location is perfect but the food is not. I paid $28 for fish and chips and it was absolutely terrible!!! Paid good money for such an awful meal. The fish was average and the chips tasted like they weren’t cooked properly it’s like I got the dregs from the end of the day. The salad that came with the meal was literally two leaves of lettuce and a splash of balsamic.
