My partner and I recently purchased a home through Holly Dundon in Melton West. From day one Holly was amazing to work with and really showed how much passion she has for realestate and assisting both parties with a sale. I am so disappointed in the renting team.Everything they did was a disaster!Please don't trust the renting team as they are very slow and act unprofessionally. Their handyman is even worse, installing things without any warranty, and when the brand new hot water system breaks down in less than four months, they do not accept any liability.In short time I decided to move to another real estate agent to manage my property. After 6 months we still haven't recovered from the financial and technical issues they caused!Be careful.UPDATEI contacted them via email regarding their comment here that they would love to assist". Highly recommend O’Brien Real Estate. Dave and Narelle sold my house within a couple of days. They are not only very professional but the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They answered my calls after hours, kept me up to date and explained everything step by step. This made the sale stress free for me. I would definitely recommend O’Brien to my family and friends.

We highly reccommend Narelle as an agent, we recently worked with her to sell our home as we were moving interstate for work, we needed a quick turn around for the sale which she made happen.
