Would never recommend this business nor return again. I had tint eyebrows and lashes, leg wax. Door to room was not closed for privacy, 1 staff member doing many services, the leg wax was not turned over to get back of legs, a lot of leg hair left.

I did my Eyebrow threading and tinting today.Staff is very friendly and supportive. My eybrows look beautiful. I am very satisfied and would recommend it to everyone.

been waited for an hour in the shop still didn't get the service. only one staff in the shop during weekend but so many costumers, heard the costumer complaining about the lash lift, so i gave up and run away.

Rude staff, no thank you! Walked in on a Saturday to see if they had time for a lash tint. Only 1 customer in store and 2 staff members. I was completely ignored - 1 lady looked up at me whilst scrolling her phone then ignored me. The other stared at me blankly and made me feel completely unwelcome. I left the store - I cannot see why anyone would want to spend time and money on such rude women. Do not recommend! If you are looking to pamper yourself you'll feel worse than you did before visiting!

I happened to find this hidden gem in the new Birtinya Stockland shopping centre and am so glad I did. I had my brows tidied/tinted and my lashes lifted and am so happy with the result. Their work is exceptional and their prices are reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

My go to for eyebrow threading and they do a great tint or henna too! Always happy with their service and it's well priced. I also didn't realise they do nails and waxing and other services too with the business name just mentioning brows.

I am absolutely shocked at the little effort that was put into the service i paid for.To charge $50 to remove a few hairs and paste some tint on my brows for me to say you have missed so much hair and the tint looks sloppy to say the least is disgusting.When I said what I was unhappy with the result the women got her back up and told me I don’t have good eyebrows and that is the reason they don’t look good.She wrapped up my service in literally 8 minutes and that was doing it twice.I would absolutely not recommend people to use this place.I think it is a perfect example as to why business go bust.
