I was very disappointed with the service I received. I purchase the $400 value pack interior and exterior detailing to receive a mediocre clean. I left my car in the hands of a few of the car cleaners for 3.5 hours as instructed and was routinely checking on my car to ensure reasonable efforts were being put into my vehicle being cleaned, however, on two occasions, I saw my car unattended. When it was closing time, I was told to collect my car, and with a brief inspection, I raised my concerns about the poor quality of work and uncleaned areas that I immediately noticed. Two cleaners touched up the areas I was concerned about in an unprofessional and hostile manner as they talked to each other in their language. I was then told it was closing time and there was nothing they could do for today. After my friend tried reasoning with them, they offered me to come back in 2 days at 3 pm and confirmed the appointment. When I arrived on the appointment day, another staff member said they were too busy and could not attend to my car. I explained that my appointment had been confirmed and that I had travelled a long distance to get there. They agreed to clean my car, and I left my vehicle on their premises unattended. I checked up on my car 30 minutes later to find it was still unattended and inspected it to see that no work had been done. I had to leave because the staff were still working on other cars and closing time would be soon. I have since returned and will not be going back to get my car washed. I have had my car detailed for $100 with more thorough results.

I should have taken the before photos. 2 weeks of wet weather and wet dog and my car was a crime scene.The boys did an epic job of getting the car back to looking near new again.

Had my car washed vacuumed and interior wiped. They did a great job but noticed you offer a pensioners discount but didnt get.

Awesome job cleaning my 4WD.. removed all the dog hair from the back seat and left the car spotless!! Will definitely go back
