I needed both a hair Trim AND a hair colouring touch up that had been done by another Salon. I called Michelle late Friday afternoon after she had closed for the day. She gave me a appointment for the next morning- usually a busy Saturday morning. I now have a wonderful styled hair trim and BRILLIANT roots ‘retouching’. I had grey hair roots growing out. Michelle did a perfect colour matching which has completely dealt with the obvious different regrowth colour. Michelle’s usual amazing customer service and patience with my short notice request is why I have returned and will continue.to do so.

Unfortunately just received the most disgusting service from the female owner. I am extremely disappointed as I heard good things about their colouring services.This salon was suggested to me, however once going in store and enquiring about pricing I was met with extremely rude service. While working on someone else’s hair the owner seemed dismissive when stating the pricing for a full head of foils. When further enquiring to what this included and if I needed colour instead of just toner their response was “I use the real thing here so yes” then turning away.I even requested a price list they’re response was to just google them and look it up. Unsure why I was treated in such a dismissive and rude manner, I’ve never been served like that at any other hairdresser. I hope this owner learns to communicate better with potential customers as I will never come back to the salon or suggest it to anyone again.

Michelle has been my one and only hairdresser for over 35 years. She knows my hair more than I do. My hair is always healthy, shiny and beautiful. She knows what to do with my hair. I don't have to tell her anything. She just does it all. She looks after it like her own and takes interest and ownership. I will not go to any hairdresser even if you paid me . I can trust her completely with my hair. She never fails to surprise me with her beautiful styles.I would recommend her 100%. An awesome caring and honest individual. Both Michelle and Nabil care about their clients. This is why I will never go to a y other hairdresser. You need these type of people in the industry who are professional, honest, trustworthy, reliable, efficient and who value their clients.

Great Salon.We, my family and I have been going to Nabil and Michelle since before our wedding in 2000. In fact they did all the bridal party hair for our wedding too fantastic.Highly recommend them to everyone.

Michelle is a wonderful hairdresser who gives her all to every client. I have been seeing her for many years and am extremely happy with the services she offers. I go to Michelle for my cuts, colour, blow dry & straightening. I will continue to see her for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.

The female manager is really rough. She cut my 5 year old’s hair and made her cry SO much, she was really rough when brushing it. And then she said “i dont pay attention to kids, i just do what i need to do”. holy hell, maybe dont be in the services industry?
