Personality here is very morbid and seem to treat everyone like they are beneath themWait time when there is no one waiting and 3 visible staff sitting at their desks pretending to look busy ....Asked covid questions at the door and exact same questions at the desk ..why???No wonder normal people don't like coming here

Most staff are helpful however it can often take 3 or 4 visits to get them on the same page as they often enter data incorrectly. Wednesdays have the better staff as that's when the staff focusing on disability's are in, much better listeners.

Friendly staff and I was able to get my work done quickly. I really appreciate the girl who called me and kept me a message after I accidentally left a small part of my smart watch. Thanks!

The girl who signed me in yesterday was really rude and kept rolling her eyes at me. Honestly I found it very upsetting. I did nothing to provoke this attitude.

I dread coming in here, every time I do there is an endless queue of people waiting and a barely a handful of staff. I also surprised and appalled that there has clearly been thousands of dollars spent refurbishing an office that did not need it instead of spending money on employing more staff to keep the queue levels down. Disgusted as usual
