Over 15 mins to get my meal and other people ordered after me but got there food before me staff did not care at all ask to speak to Manger but he never came out very poor service and staff as well so many people waiting for there meals very unprofessional

Possibly the worst customer service I have had in Brisbane. No response on the drive-through on a Saturday night around 8.30pm, so parked and went in to order. It was the slowest takeaway response with all the drive-throughs having priority.Got the order wrong, but paid the right amount for what was given.

The food is better than average Red Rooster restaurants. Crispy chicken pieces were all well done and moist; chips were nice and crunchy. Service was quick and food was ready promptly at the time (drive thru in the evening). Impossible to read the drive thru menu signage though, that needs fixing.[Update] Have been there 3 more times in the last couple of months. Fried chicken quality has been consistently superb. Service has been very quick (pick up) and accurate. This is my go to RR, even though it's out of my way to get there.

Unfortunately chips were cold and soggy, no salt in any way shape or form. They were cold to the core.Chicken was ordinary, very little warmth and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and has a steam like taste (watery and bland).I see other reviews praising this establishment so hopefully it was just a one off.I'd be very hesitant to buy from here again.

Whoever served me was very accommodating and helped me to enquire. I ordered through Menulog but there was no pick up option and I was in the area so I dropped by to pick up myself. The lady asked on my behalf and said it's ok, delivery guy came and I told him personally it's ok, I was there then.Ordered the family pack of burgers and rolls and flava for myself.

Best Red Rooster I've been too. Clearly a well managed store with staff that genuinely care.I've dined in and had take away from this store, each time the food is hot and fresh and fast.There is a lovely fenced garden you can dine in and highchairs are available. The store is clean and tidy, other stores can learn from this one.

After experiencing ongoing problems and failures with the Coopers Plains Red Rooster, we never had those same problems with Algester Red Rooster. They always answered their telephones; they always followed customers instructions via Menulog and they were always happy to make sure customers got what they asked for. Algester Red Rooster should be highly commended for excellent customer service and for looking after their patrons. We will stick with the Algester Red Rooster for all future orders. Let's hope they don't slip and continue the same excellent service they have given us every time.

There's a woman that works here who is rude and unprofessional, won't respond to you while you're placing your order at the drive-thru prompting you to wonder if anyone is actually listening and taking your order. Then when she does respond it's in a really annoyed fashion like you just interrupted her in the middle of something important even though there are no other customers in sight. As part of our order, we ordered a simple two-piece fried chicken combo and were told it would be a 15 minute wait on the chicken! Do they have to catch the chicken?!! It's literally putting a couple of pieces in the deep fryer and as I said, we were the only customers in sight. Meanwhile, just down the road at KFC, there were at least 15 cars lined up at the drive-thru and even more customers inside. Perhaps if you improved your customer service then you'd get more customers in your store. As a local, we wouldn't visit this store again even if it was the only store open and we had nothing to eat.As for the food, well the Rippas are half the size they were a year ago and the bread is soft and mushy when they used to be fresh and crunchy.
