I can’t say anything good about this company. Poor quality cleaning and my work had problems with staff coming to do the work. Even basics like vacuuming floor and wiping tables not done well enough. My managers had issues with owners and found him dishonest. Sometimes staff at the business had to clean before starting work it was so bad. I do not like writing reviews like this but feel like I have to warn future customers of them.

These guys have been doing renovation cleaning for us from years. They are trustworthy and genuine. I highly recommend them for commercial cleaning

My partner paid a lot of money for this business to do an end of lease clean on her rental property. The owner claimed they were the best cleaning business in Australia. I should of seen through this claim right away.All I can say is the property looked worse after the cleaners had been at the property.The carpets looked dirtier despite them claiming they cleaned them. They did a very bad job on the oven, did not clean showers, no wiping of cupboards or walls. Garage was not swept. Tiles poorly cleaned and had a sticky mess left on surface.We lost our bond as a result. The owner did not care, he refused to respond when told and blocked any attempt to further contact. Disgraceful customer service!I wish I had read other reviews before paying for this business. It is clear to me the positive reviews are family or friends of the owner. Full of poor English and names are clearly people of Nepalese origin like the owner. You can see they are clearly trying to bury the honest reviews!Some time has passed since this happened but my partner is still very upset as it cost her many thousands of dollars lost in bond, cleaning fees and also extra stress on her personally.I will never recommend this business and hope other people read this and decide the same.

One of the best facilities management company in Australia. My strata is with them. Never had any issues or complain. I also get my windows cleaning and carpet cleaning done with them. Mr Rahul and his team are very professional. I am 100 percent satisfied with their job. I highly recommended them for their best services.

I can’t recommended this business. They cleaned my office for almost a year and were the worst cleaners I have seen in over 20 years in business. Sometimes cleaners did not even come. I know because I would check my camera system when I could see the office and staff rooms were not clean. When issues were raised with the owners they were very dismissive. I found them to be unprofessional, dishonest and terrible at customer service like many others have said. How someone like this stays in business is very hard to believe. I recommend you stay away from them.
