We bought through Ben late 2021 when the market was running hot. Some real estate agents weren't bothering to get back to potential buyers, which ultimately would also affect the seller. But Ben was great with communication and allowed us to inspect the property multiple times. Being careful buyers, this was the only way we would've been comfortable buying in such a hot market.Most importantly, Ben is no BS and doesn't play games to try drum up more interest through false expectations and unrealistic price ranges... unlike some other local agents.
