I had scheduled an appointment with Mr. Howearth to undergo an ADHD assessment. I inquired about the cost, emphasizing that I am a foreigner without Medicare or any health insurance coverage. Upon learning that the price was $2500, I explained him I couldn't afford the assesment and would prefer to leave. I entered his practice at 9:10, left at 9:14 and got charged 220$.
